Trouble shooting

My IPL Hair Removal won’t start.

Ensure the adapter is properly connected to your IPL Hair Removal and plugged into the mains.

There are no pulses when I press the release mechanism.

Ensure that the application surface is evenly and firmly in contact with our sin and that the‘ON/OFF/READY’ indicator light is flashing ; this indicator light guarantees that the appliance is in full contact with your skin, For your safety, the release

switch will be able to release a pulse only if the application surface is firmly pressed against your skin.

1. Make sure the ‘ON/OFF/READY’ light is lit.

2. If after 10 seconds the ‘Ready’ light is still off, switch your IPL Hair Removal off and again by pressing the    button twice.

3.If the problem persists, contact the customer service in your area.

4. The ON/OFF/READY indicator light is read and is flashing

5. The appliance has switched to the safety mode because it has detected that it is overheated or there is a critical problem (broken fan, capacitor problem, etc,). Under circumstances like these, switch the appliance off and allow it to cool for 15 minutes before switching it on again.
